Battle of the snack foods!

Which Is Worse: Spinach-artichoke dip or Mexican 7-layer dip? Shockingly, it’s spinach-artichoke! It has loads of butter, cream and cheese – and the vegetables play second fiddle. But spinach-artichoke dip has a health halo, so people assume it’s healthier. But stick with Mexican 7‑layer dip. Sure, the cheese has saturated fat, but it also has calcium. Plus, beans have plenty of fiber and hardly any fat. Avocado also contains healthy fat and salsa is full of lycopene!
