You could be allergic to something under your own roof. For example:
Your fish tank. Having a fish as a pet is a good hypoallergenic option - but the tank can be harboring mold. So clean the tank and filter once a month.
Another allergy trigger? Your computer printer. They often emit volatile organic compounds and other particles that can trigger asthma and damage the lungs. So make sure your printer is at least 10 feet away from where you sit, and in a well-ventilated area.
