Why does exercise help you sleep?
Sure, it raises body temperature - so when your core temperature drops again it triggers the production of sleep hormones. But there’s an even simpler reason. It exhausts us physically! And according to the University of Pennsylvania - which studied activity patterns of nearly half a million people - those who were tired from physical exertion slept better. And averaged a good 7 to 8 hours of quality sleep. So make sure you get your 30 minutes of exercise every day.Follow me on Facebook
